Get me off the board

If a listing is your Roblox profile or your game and you want it gone, email helloitsvg.business@gmail.com with a link to the profile or game — the username on its own is enough — and say you want it removed.

• You do not have to prove who you are.
• You do not have to give a reason.
• We take the listing off the board, and out of the “Latest” strip.
• Money already donated toward it is not returned to the donor — see Terms.

The same address works for anything illegal, impersonating, or aimed at harassing someone. Send the link and what is wrong with it.

Payment problems

Email us with the Stripe receipt and which profile or game you donated toward.

Something is wrong on the board

A wrong avatar, a total that will not move, a dead link — send the link to the row and what you expected to see.
