Get me off the board

If a listing is your Roblox profile or your game and you want it gone, email helloitsvg.business@gmail.com with a link to the profile or game — the username on its own is enough — and say you want it removed.

• You do not have to give a reason.
• We will ask you to show the profile or game is yours — a change we can see on the Roblox page itself is usually enough. Someone paid for that placement, so we do not take a stranger’s word for it.
• We take the listing off the board, out of the “Latest” strip, and off the Here wall if that username was added there.
• Money already paid toward it is not returned to the person who paid — see Terms.

The same address works for anything illegal, impersonating, or aimed at harassing someone. Send the link and what is wrong with it.

Get me off the Here wall

If someone put your Roblox username on the Here wall and you want it gone, email helloitsvg.business@gmail.com with the username. A stamp is not a paid placement, so we take it down without the proof we ask for on the board.

Email us with the Stripe receipt and which profile or game you paid toward.

A wrong avatar, a total that will not move, a dead link — send the link to the row and what you expected to see.
